Kon Sik Choe

Kon Sik Choe, age 91, died on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at Country Arch Care Center in Union Township NJ. Born November 3, 1928 in Seoul, South Korea, Kon Sik was the daughter of the late Hee Dong Kim and Hwa Bong Kim. She came to the United States in 1990 while raising her children. She also cared and raised her grandchildren for over fifteen years, cooking and cleaning. She enjoyed singing and praising, keeping her strong faith and fellowship as a senior member of Praise Presbyterian Church in Somerset, NJ. Kon Sik is survived by her daughter, Soon Young Kim of Hillsborough NJ and her husband Edwin Kim, and her son, Yunsung and Hyunhae Choe, of Edison NJ. In addition, she is survived by her five granchildren: Michael, Brian, and Irene Choe, Rachel Kim, and JoAnne and her husband, Youngsuk Han, and her two great-grandchildren, Matthew and Madeline Han.
