Lewis C. "Duke" Kimble, age 81 years, of Marathon, FL, died on Friday, December 21, 2007 in Vitas Hospice, Lauderdale Lakes, FL.
Born in Bradenton, FL, January 19, 1926, he had formerly resided in Flemington, NJ, moving to Florida in 1957.
A United States Army Veteran of World War II, he was the Owner and Operator of Mike Mount Smoke House.
Mr. Kimble was pre-deceased by his wife, Gretchen Mount Kimble in 2005; his daughter, Lisa Kimble Bayes in 2004; and his son, Lewis Bruce Kimble in November, 2007.
Surviving are his granddaughter, Krystal Langley and her husband, Carlos Austin of Coral Springs, FL; a great grandson, Caleb Austin; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will take place Friday, January 4, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
