Lillian Hanlon, age 97 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Saturday, December 29, 2012 in Rolling Hills Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.
Born in New York City, NY, September 13, 1915, daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Dubecky Atamaniuk, she had resided in the Flemington, NJ area since 1942.
She was retired from the Hunterdon County Democrat where she worked for over twenty years and was formerly active with the Delaware Township Seniors.
Her husband, William S. Hanlon, died in 1993.
Surviving are two daughters, Virginia Hanlon of New York City, NY and Joyce LaRowe of Delaware Township, NJ; a son, Ron Hanlon of Seattle, WA; a brother, Eugene Atamaniuk of Brooklyn, NY; four grandchildren, Mark C. LaRowe, Jo-Ann Littlefield, Kathy Martin and Robbie Hanlon; six great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at 12 Noon in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ followed by interment in St. Magdalen Cemetery, North Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
