Linda Skwarek

Linda Skwarek, age 72 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Friday, December 20, 2019 at her home in Flemington, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ, August 28, 1947, daughter of the late James and Mildred Neigel Bondarovich, she had formerly resided in Union, NJ, graduating from Union High School in 1965. Linda was a floral department manager for Pathmark in Union, NJ. She loved nature, was an avid reader, and was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are her three children, Dawn Johnson and her husband Glenn of Milford, NJ, Brian Skwarek and his wife Rose of Manhattan, NY, and Cheryl Gero of Elizabeth, NJ; two siblings, James Bondarovich and his wife Carolyn of Colorado and Karen Wentzheimer of Fanwood, NJ, and six grandchildren, Sean, Kimberly, Matthew, Michael, Emily and Adam. Cremation services will be held privately under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. A memorial service and burial in Hollywood Cemetery, Union, NJ will be held at a later date and time to be announced. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to Linda’s favorite charity, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
