Lloyd L. Hollenbeck, Jr.

Llloyd L. Hollenbeck, Jr., of Readington Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, December 19, 2006, at his residence.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, January 7, 1936, he was the son of the late Dr. Lloyd L. and Meta Oetjen Hollenbeck, Sr. He had formerly resided in Staten Island, NY, and Somerville, NJ.

He earned his B.S. and M.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and retired in 1994 as a Senior Research Scientist with Ortho Diagnostics, Raritan, NJ.

He was a member of the Stanton Reformed Church, Stanton, NJ.

He is survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Dagmar Kreider Hollenbeck; two sons, David Hollenbeck of Harrisburg, PA, and Jeffrey Hollenbeck of Doylestown, PA; two daughters, Linda Santa Lucia of Readington Township, NJ, and Debra Brennaman of Virginia Beach, VA; a sister, Elizabeth Schoonmaker of Catskill, NY; a brother, Dr. Kenneth Hollenbeck of New Smyrna Beach, FL, and ten grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 11:30 AM in the Stanton Reformed Church, Stanton, NJ. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ.
