Lois Jean Bailey

Lois Jean Bailey, age 91 years, of Flemington, NJ, died Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Jean was born in Hampton, NJ, daughter of the late Roy and Grace Shrope Rounsaville, and had formerly resided in Plainfield, NJ until moving to Flemington in 1962.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Flemington United Methodist Church and the Flemington Woman's Club.

Her first husband, George Harris, died in 1983.

Surviving are her husband, Bruce A. Bailey; three sons, Richard G. Harris of Lewes, DE., Robert A. Harris of Flemington, NJ and James A. Harris of Bridgewater, NJ; two daughters, Debra Van Why of Lebanon, NJ and Lori J. Harris of Easton, PA.; a step-son David D. Bailey and a step-daughter, Pamela Esquilin, both of Fayetteville, NC; ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and a brother, Kenneth Rounsaville of Bangor, ME.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016, at 11:00 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Friday 7:00-9:00 PM at the funeral Home.
