Lonetta (“Nina”) Marie Perrotti, age 70, died Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at her home in Raritan Township surrounded by her loving family.
Born July 27, 1949 in Hoisington Kansas, Nina was the daughter of the late Ralph Waldo and Ida Marie Ritter. She was raised in Kansas and moved to NJ with her husband, Adam, in 1969. The two lived in Elizabeth and Somerville before settling in Raritan Township in 1986. On November 23, the two would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
An excellent cook, Nina’s family and friends were treated to many special meals and baked goods that filled the house with delightful aromas.
Throughout her life, Nina was always strong in her Christian faith and active in her church, where she loved to worship and sing. She had much praise and faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Most of all, Nina was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother to her family who already miss her and the warmth she brought to so many.
Surviving is Nina’s loving husband, Adam Perrotti, her son and daughter and law, Daniel and Sarah Perrotti of Somerville NJ, her two daughters and sons-in-law, Rachel and Dominick Cotignola of Queens NY, and Juli and David Hentschel of Flemington NJ, and her daughter, Sara Perrotti of Flemington NJ. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Abigail Perrotti, Dominck Jr., Luke and Rebekah Cotignola, and Alexandria, Makayla and Felicity Hentschel, with her eighth grandchild expected in February 2020. She is also survived by her three loving siblings, Harlan, Darwin, and Nancy and many loving brothers and sisters-in-law and extended family who loved her dearly.
