Louise E. Fisher

Louise E. Fisher, age 91 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on February 27, 2007, in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Lambertville, NJ, March 2, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Mary Malie Muscatell. She had formerly resided in Franklin Township, Hunterdon County, NJ.

A well known chef, she was formerly a chef at Beaver Brook Country Club, Clinton, NJ; St. John Terrill's Music Circus, Lambertville, NJ; Ringoes Steak House; Landmark Inn, Clinton, NJ; Perryville Inn, Perryville, NJ; and lastly at the Clinton Deli.

She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Post, Pattenburg, NJ.

Her husband, Raymond H. Fisher, died in 1987, and she was pre-deceased by two children, Andrew Simon and Elizabeth Aveta. Surviving are two sons, Raymond L. Fisher of Delaware Township, NJ, and Frank Simon, Jr. of Varnville, SC; two step-daughters, Barbara Kopels of Cupertino,CA, and Arlene McPherson of Hillsborough Township, NJ; a brother, "Pudgie" Muscatell of Lambertville, NJ; fourteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 2 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Cherryville Cemetery, Cherryville, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
