Margaret A. Fischer

Margaret (Marge) A. Fischer, age 86 years, of Milford (Holland Township), NJ, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Rolling Hills Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.

Margaret was born in Secaucus, NJ, September 22, 1936, daughter of Charles Stolle and Theresa Gedaschka Stolle. Margaret was ten years old when her family moved from Secaucus spending the rest of her life in Hunterdon County mostly in Milford, NJ.

She attended Flemington High School and married on October 2, 1954.

She was a homemaker who loved reading, and, in her earlier years, enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She won many ribbons for her handiwork at the Flemington Fair and also volunteered at the Hunterdon County SPCA thrift shop for about twelve years.

Margaret and her husband spent many Septembers in the Corolla, NC area enjoying the beach.

Margaret was pre-deceased by her husband, Ralph Fischer, her father, Charles Stolle, her mother, Theresa Gedaschka Stolle, and her sisters, Dorothy Leon and Marion Liegel.

Surviving are her two daughters, Susan Zeh of Hampton, NJ and Linda Fischer-Rule of Milford, NJ and her grandson, Derrick Zeh of Hampton, NJ.

There are no services planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
