Margaret Becker Winfield

Margaret Becker Winfield of Flemington, NJ passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at the age of 91.

She was born in Frenchtown, NJ on July 26, 1926 to the late John and Mary Ellis Pandy. She was one of seven children. Margaret married Albert Becker in 1946 and they had six children.

Margaret had many careers throughout her life. She worked as a waitress, was a business owner of both a clothing and watch company and worked at Ortho Pharmaceutical. She married Robert Winfield in 1994 and lived with him in Hillsborough, NJ and Flemington, NJ until his death in 2002. She was an avid knitter and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by one sister, Madeline Sokolowski of Simpsonville, SC; her children, David Becker of Watsontown, Pa, Donald Becker and Dana Becker both of Florida, Douglas Becker of Cary, Ill, Dale Becker of Ringoes and Gina Faddis of Boxford, Ma; her nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 29, 2017, at 10:15 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 7:00-9:00 PM in the funeral home.
