Margaret E. Goetz

Margaret E. Goetz, age 84, died Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Rolling Hills Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.

Born September 6, 1929 in Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Catherine (Bonner) Goetz. Margaret retired as a Supervisor from New York Telephone in Massapequa, NY.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her sisters, Catherine Goetz and Dorothy Bischoff. She is survived by four nieces, Barbara Giordano of Frenchtown, NJ, Theresa Feroldi of Winter Springs, FL, Karen Flower of Bloomington, NY, and Jean-Marie Karakstanis of Hauppauge, NY, as well as nine great nieces and great nephews, and one great-great niece.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 am, Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Our Lady of Victories Church, Route 519, Baptistown, NJ 08803. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Metropolitan Ave., Queens NY. Calling hours will be Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.
