Margaretta "Maggie" Houck

Margaretta Houck, age 88 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Monday, July 16, 2018 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, October 26, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Eichler Hausman.

Maggie was a retired RN, having worked for many years as a nurse at the Hunterdon Medical Center and Eaton Corporation.

She was a Communicant of St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ.

Her husband, Richard N. Houck, died in 2009. Surviving are three daughters, Pamela Robinson of Huntsville, AL, Patricia Yocum of Boalsburg, PA, and Janine Kiriluk of Lumberton, NJ; ten grandchildren: Tanya Robinson, Eric Robinson, Annette Robinson-Stroud, Ryan Robinson, Nathan Yocum, Christine Yocum Miller, Andrew Yocum, Stephen Yocum, Anna Kiriluk, and Matthew Kiriluk; a sister, Eleanor Campbell, of Marathon Key, FL; and eleven great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 10:30 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 6-8 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
