Margery Case Van Fleet passed peacefully at home surrounded by friends and family on Sunday, August 20, 2023.

She is predeceased by her husband and childhood sweetheart, Harold Oscar Van Fleet and survived by her niece, Marilou Case, and nephew, Michael Case, both of Flemington, NJ.

She was a Flemington High School Class of 1948 graduate. As a legal secretary for over 50 years, Margery was a valued and adored member of the Herr and Fisher law firm. She enjoyed antiquing, teaching piano, and was active in the Three Bridges Reformed Church, Three Bridges, New Jersey. She accompanied the choir director, taught Sunday School, and played the organ for church services.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 1:00 PM, in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ. All are welcome to attend. A celebration of she and her husband's life will be held at a later date in the Three Bridges Reformed Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tabby's Place: a Cat Sanctuary, 1100 US-202, Ringoes, NJ 08551.
