Margie L. Edwards

Margie L. Edwards passed away peacefully January 21, 2020. Born in Meridian, MS, April 28, 1924, she was the daughter of the late John and Lola Chisolm. Margie was preceded in death by her husband of seventy-years, Ross M. Edwards, Sr. She is survived by her three children, Peggy Cranston of Princeton, NJ, Ross Edwards, Jr. of Bridgeville, Delaware, and Donna Bottin of Robbinsville, NJ, as well as sons-in-law, the late Benjamin Cranston, James Bottin and daughter-in-law Marguerite Edwards. She is blessed with seven grandchildren, Stacy Confer, Tricia Borchert, Scott Edwards, Jennifer Farley, Ryan Bottin, Lindsay Bottin, Devon Bottin, as well as nine great-grandchildren, Thomas Bahr, III, Bret Confer, Cameron Confer, Chiara Borchert, Chantelle Borchert, Isabelle Edwards, Mark Edwards, Sophia Edwards and Henry Edwards. Margie is survived by two sisters, Grace Day and Lola Warren and pre-deceased by two brothers, JT Harbour and John Harbour, Jr. and three sisters, Indaola Hawkins, Edna Kennedy and Catherine Harbour. Margie was an active lifelong member at the St. Mark United Methodist Church in Hamilton Square NJ. Graveside services will be private in Greenwood Cemetery, Trenton, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
