Marguerite Costa

Marguerite Costa, age 90 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Sunday, January 2, 2011, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, April 16, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth McCormick Lyna. She had formerly resided in Gulfport, FL since 1986, returning to Readington Township in 2007.

She was a bowling instructor employed by Echo Lanes, Mouintainside, NJ and later by Bowlerama, Somerville, NJ.

She was a Communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Three Bridges, NJ.

Her husband, George Costa, died in 1993. Surviving are a daughter, Marguerite Poliacik of Readington Township, NJ; and two grandchildren: Matthew Matarazzo and

Kristine Cromwell and her husband Scott.

A Memorial Mass will be held in Florida at a later date. Interment was private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
