Marian B. Reasoner, age 89 years, of Flemington, NJ, died Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Rocktown, NJ, Sepbember 19, 1924, daughter of the late Melvin and Sarah Wilson Baker, she had formerly resided in Lambertville, NJ, and had resided in Flemington for eight years.
A retired postal clerk, she was formerly at the Titusville Post Office, Titusville, NJ, for many years.
Marian was a member of Sonrise Bible Church, Raritan Township, NJ, was a volunteer at Hunterdon Medical Center, was active with the Lambertville Senior Citizens and was an avid Phillies fan.
Her husband, Lloyd F. Reasoner, Jr., died in 2009 and she was also pre-deceased by a grandson, Matthew Reasoner, two brothers, Walter Baker and Wayne Baker, and a sister, Edith Mosig.
Surviving are a son, Alan Reasoner of Yardley, PA.; a daughter, Dale Reasoner of Neshanic Station, NJ; a sister, Pauline Jackson of Laurel, MD; two grandchildren, Amy and Tyler Reasoner, and three great grandchildren, Taylor, Logan and Ava Reasoner.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 23, 2013, at 11:00AM in Sonrise Bible Church, 262 South Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
