Mark Edward Robbins

Mark Edward Robbins, age 56 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on Thursday, August 14, 2014 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Madison, WI, October 22, 1957, son of the late George Warren and Helen Edith Heisman Robbins, he had resided in the area since 1993, having formerly lived in Boonton, NJ and Mountain Lakes, NJ.

He was formerly a carpet installer for many years with the Flemington Department Store and also Mill Direct.

Mark was a very proud member of Alcoholics Anonymous. In this group, and with the support of his sponsor and close friends, he found his relationship with God and it changed his life on every level. The fellowship that A.A. provided allowed Mark to transition into a better person who will be missed by all those who knew him.

Surviving are his wife of seventeen years, Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Babula; two sons, Geoffrey and Scott Robbins; a brother and sister-in-law, John Robbins and his wife, Barbara Sonin-Robbins; two step brothers, Peter and Andrew Robbins; his nephew, Jason Robbins; an uncle and aunt, John and Joy Heisman; his mother-in-law, Ann Babula; his brothers-in-law, Raymond and wife, Beth Bordeaux Babula, Robert and wife, Judy Babula and Michael Babula; a sister-in-law and her husband, Kathy Babula-Segada and Tim Segada; and his many friends.

Memorial Services will take place on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ preceded by a visitation period from 2:30-3:00 p.m.
