Mary B. Runyon

Mary B. Runyon, age 92 years, of Whiting, NJ, died Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at Crestwood Manor Assisted living, Whiting, NJ.

Born in Centerville, NJ, January 22, 1929, daughter of the late Horace and Florence Miller Brokaw, she had formerly resided in Readington Township, NJ, then in Allentown, NJ until moving to Whiting in 2003.

Mary formerly owned Intercounty Refuse Service, Whitehouse Station, NJ.

She was pre-deceased by her second husband, Louis Spiegel, in 1997 and also by her brother, Rowland Brokaw.

Surviving are her husband, Robert Runyon; a son, Paul Herder of Dodge City, Kansas; a daughter, Susan Brokaw of Whiting, NJ; and her brother-in-law, Jerry Brokaw of Houston, TX.

Private graveside services will be held in Readington Cemetery, Readington, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
