Mary E. Hoffman

Mary E. Hoffman, age 73 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Bethlehem, PA, January 8, 1932, daughter of the late Horace T. and Helen Swartz Albright, she had resided in Raritan Township since 1967.

A Registered Nurse, she received her nursing degree from

Alderson-Broaddus College, Phillipi, WV and was a Nurse for several years at Hunterdon Medical Center. She later was a partner with her husband, George W. Hoffman in the family business, Flemington Precast, until retiring. She was a member of the Flemington Baptist Church.

Her husband died in 2001 and a grandchild, Keya Hoffman, died in 1993.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Susan Hoffman of Ringoes, NJ; two daughters and a son-in-law, Diane Hoffman of Charlottesville, VA and Margo and Garret Miller of Kutztown, PA; six grandchildren, Gerald, Geraldine and Corey Hoffman of Charlottesville, VA, Garrett and Christopher Hoffman of Ringoes, NJ and Gavin Miller of Kutztown, PA; and many loving friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 AM in the Flemington Baptist Church, 170 Main Street, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. AT THE CHURCH.
