Eileen Lammons, age 91 years of Bern Township, PA, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in Berks Heim Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bern Township, PA.
Born in Newark, NJ, July 11, 1923, she was the daughter of the late William and Madaline (McHugh) Erskine. She had formerly resided in Whitehouse Station, NJ.
She was a retired LPN, having worked at Hunterdon Medical Center for more than 25 years.
In addition to her parents, Eileen was predeceased by her husband, Edward Lammons in 1989, her son, Edward Miller Lammons in 2008, and her daughter, Marianne Barnes in 2012. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Tom of Alpha, NJ, and Patrice Waibel of Reading, PA, a sister, Eleanor Jarvis of Nutley, NJ, a brother, William Erskine of Fords, NJ, eight beloved grandchildren, and her six beloved great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington. Calling hours will be Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
