Mary Ellen Hartwick

Mary Ellen Hartwick, age 78 years, of Clinton Township, NJ, died on Thursday, February 7, 2013, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Clinton Township, NJ, July 16, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Albert Brian and Gladys May Sheets Potts and had resided in Clinton Township all her life.

Mary Ellen was a longtime employee of the New Jersey Telephone Company (now Centruy Link), Clinton, NJ.

A sister, Marjorie J. Potts, died in 2009 and a grandson, Jacob Tyler Hartwick, died in 2007.

Surviving are two sons, Andrew Hartwick of Oxford, NJ, and Joseph Hartwick of Saylorsburg, PA.; a brother, Floyd Potts of Standish, ME.; two grandchildren, Keylayne Zappulla and Beverly Canite, and a great grandchild, Lillian Zappulla.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at 11:00 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Clinton, NJ.
