Mary J. Hoff

Mary J. Hoff, age 86 years, of Doylestown, PA, died Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at her residence.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, July 8, 1927, daughter of the late John and Susan Zvoc Sicak, she had formerly resided in Delaware Township, NJ, over fifty years and had resided in Doylestown, PA since 2009.

A registered nurse, Mary was a graduate of the Jersey City Medical Center School of Nursing and was formerly a private duty nurse at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ, and also formerly at Mercer Hospital, Trenton, NJ.

Active in Delaware Township activities for many years, she was a communicant of St. Agnes Church, Stockton, NJ; former President of the Delaware Township PTA; former President of the Delaware Township Senior Citizens; former volunteer for Meals On Wheels for many years and also volunteered for "Thanksgiving In The Country".

Her husband, John Hoff, died in 1994.

Surviving are a son, Jay Hoff of Stockton, NJ; two daughters, Susan Hoff of Bloomsbury, NJ, and Mary Stahl of Clymer, CA; a brother, Joseph Sicak of Mantaloking, NJ: and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at 11:00AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ. Calling hours will be Monday 6:00-8:00PM
