Mary J. Kobren, age 57 years, of Union Township, Hunterdon County, NJ, died on Saturday, July 13, 2013 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ surrounded by her loving and devoted family and close friends.
Born in the Hunterdon Medical Center, October 30, 1955, daughter of the late George D. and Helen Eisele Pyatt, she had lived in Union Township for the past ten years having formerly lived in Croton, NJ.
A seamstress, she had worked at The Chute Shop, Raritan Township, NJ, York Luggage, Ringoes, NJ and at the Country Arch Care Center, Union Township, NJ.
In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by a brother, George D. Pyatt, Jr. in 1944.
Surviving are four children, John A. Kobren of Hopewell, NJ, Michael P. Kobren of Ringoes, NJ, and Catherine C. Kobren and Kelsey L. Loscalzo, both of Clinton, NJ; a grandson, Jaden Cole Nealy; two brothers, Harold C. Pyatt and his wife Rita, and Jan W. Pyatt; three sisters, Lynda H. Hope, Eileen J. Reddington and husband Mike, and Valerie A. Scheier; and her former spouse, John G. Kobren.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in Old Rocks Church, 260 Mount Airy-Harbourton Road, West Amwell Township, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in the family plot at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ. There are no calling hours.
