Mary K. Pavlica

Mary K. Pavlica, age 91 years, of Delaware Township, NJ died on Friday, January 14, 2022, in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in New York City, NY on July 20, 1930, she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine Neizmak Konikowitch. She had lived in Hunterdon County, NJ since 1950.

Mary was a homemaker most of her life and supported her husband and son who ran the family farm. Additionally, she enjoyed working at Basil Bandwagon for thirteen years. She was also an avid member of the Courthouse Quilters Guild and loved travelling to the quilting shows in Lancaster, PA with the group.

She was predeceased by her late husband of 65 years, John A. Pavlica, who died in 2017 as well as her sister, Florence Borecki.

Surviving are her daughter, Karen Jarman; her devoted son, John M. Pavlica and his wife Alexandrea Gunther-Pavlica; her seven grandchildren, James Pavlica and his wife Nicole, Eric Pavlica, John E. Pavlica, Bonnie Schomp, Greg Jarman, Bradley Jarman, and Matthew Jarman; as well as seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services officiated by Pastor Bob DiSalvio will take place on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 11:00 AM in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be from 7:00-9:00 PM in the funeral home on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
