Mary Martha Hettman

Mary Martha Hettman, age 85 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at her residence.

Born in Reaville, NJ, February 7, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Sipler Williamson. She was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County.

She was a homemaker, and was employed for seventeen years at York Luggage, Lambertville, NJ.

Her husband, Martin J. Hettman, died in 1986. A son, Martin Hettman, Jr. died in 1965, and a son, Robert Hettman, died in 1963. She was also pre-deceased by a sister, Florence Johnson, and six brothers, Charlie, Alvin, Edwin, Rudolph, Bill, and Clarence Williamson. Surviving are two daughters, Mary Ann Kollmer and her husband Robert, of Lambertville, NJ, and Peggy Horner and her husband Dan of Stockton, NJ; a son George Hettman and his wife Carol of Stockton, NJ; a sister, Beatrice Enea of Easton, PA; a brother, Kenneth Williamson of Milford, NJ; twelve grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 9 AM until time of service in the funeral home.
