Matilda Mchugh

Matilda McHugh, age 90 years, of Ringoes, NJ, died on Monday, March 22, 2010 in the Rolling Hills Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, August 29, 1919, she had formerly resided in Carteret, NJ for thirty-five years and had resided in Ringoes, NJ since 1992.

A homemaker, her husband, Joseph R. McHugh, died in 1992.

Surviving are two daughters, Diane Grantuskas of Ringoes, NJ and Donna Marie McHugh of North Plainfield, NJ; a brother, Theodore Zieminski of Philadelphia, PA; and three grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Mary, Mother of God Church, 157 South Triangle Road, Hillsborough, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, NJ. Visitation will be on Thursday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home.
