Michael B. Hanson

Michael B. Hanson, age 67 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died Thursday, May 12, 2022, at his home surround by his loving family. Born in Flemington, NJ, February 4, 1955, son of the late George M. and Blanche Stout Hanson, he was a life-long Hunterdon County, NJ resident. A self-employed carpenter and builder, Michael was an avid gardener and woodworker. He enjoyed bocce ball, puzzle making, and was a life-long, New York Giants fan. Surviving are his loving wife of forty-five years Joan Hanson; two children, Lucas Hanson and his wife, Alaina of Ringoes, NJ and Matthew Hanson and his fiancé, Jesse Landon of Lambertville, NJ; one grandchild, Elbi Hanson and one brother, Tom Hanson of Prescott, AZ. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 6:00 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, from 3:00-6:00 PM in the funeral home. There will be a celebration of Michael's life on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the family home.
