Michael F. Carpenter

Michael F. Carpenter, age 39 years, of Flemington Borough, NJ, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at his home.

Born in Red Bank, NJ, October 15, 1977.

Michael grew up working alongside his father at Roberto’s where he developed his love for cooking. He also enjoyed being outdoors and had a desire for landscape design.

Surviving are his parents, Gail & Robert Cardaci of Flemington, NJ and Chuck and Jacky Carpenter of Jackson, NJ. In addition to his parents, surviving are his two daughters, Kirsten Glennon of Clinton, NJ and Sophia Carpenter of Staunton, VA; three siblings and their spouses, Jennifer Colasurdo and her husband, Chris of Holland Township, NJ, Robert Cardaci and his wife, Stacy of Flemington, NJ, and Amanda Carpenter of Jackson, NJ; nieces and nephews, Alexis, Christopher, Parker and Jade and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

A memorial service officiated by Rev. Jack O’Kane will be held Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 2 pm in Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 1 pm until the time of service in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Michael’s name may be made to the Carpenter Daughters Scholarship Fund at TD Bank at PO Box 2134, Flemington, NJ 08822.
