Michel Robèrt Aubry

AUBRY, Michel Robèrt - age 63, passed away 16 January 2024 in Flemington, NJ of complications from Parkinson’s Disease.

Michel was born 16 August 1960 in Manhattan and lived most of his life in New York City before moving to Center Valley, Pennsylvania and later to Hunterdon County, New Jersey.

Michel loved reading, listening to music and as a young man, playing hockey. He was a student of American history and politics, a self-taught war buff, and a lifelong fan of the New York Rangers, regularly attending games for many years.

Prior to his disability, he traveled extensively in France, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Mexico and the Caribbean, recording his travels with pictures and stories for friends and family.

Michel spread love and kindness wherever he went and cared far more for others than for himself. He was admired and appreciated for his generous heart, warm soul, and his fierce perseverance in battling his disease.

Loving brother to Philippe, brother-in-law to Doreen (Orefice) and adoring uncle to Nicholas, Michel was predeceased by his parents, Blossom and Marcel Aubry.

Memorial services are private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.
