Minnie A. Hall

Minnie A. Hall, age 83 years, of Morris Plains, NJ, died on Saturday, September 29, 2007 in Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ.

Born in Middlesex, NJ, May 27, 1924, daughter of the late Joseph and Antoinette Curcio Turrisi, she had resided in Stanton, NJ from 1950-1990, then in Odessa, FL for fourteen years before moving to Morris Plains in 2004.

A Certified Professional Secretary, she was manager of a word processing group for American Hoechst Co., Bridgewater, NJ until retiring.

A Communicant of St. Christopher Parish Roman Catholic Church, Parsippany, NJ, she was a former member of the Sweet Adelines Choral Society.

Surviving are her husband of fifty-nine years, Clarence L. Hall; two daughters and sons-in-law, Georgeanne and Glenn Valis of Hillsborough, NJ and Sandra and Frank Neglia of Morris Plains, NJ; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Nancy Hall of Middlesex, NJ; a sister, Anne Sheenan of Middlesex, NJ; ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

A son, Craig Hall, died in 1983.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Christopher Parish Roman Catholic Church, 1050 Littleton Road, Parsippany, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Newell Cemtery, Stanton, NJ. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
