Minnie Pittner, age 99 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died on Thursday, August 19, 2010 in the Princeton Care Center, Princeton Township, NJ.
Born in Winsted, CT, November 22, 1910, daughter of the late John anad Bertha Keep Spencer, she had resided in East Amwell Township since 1987, having formerly lived in Jackson, NJ.
Mrs. Pittner was a retired Administrative Assistant for J. Schmidt Co., NYC, NY. She also volunteered for VIP Newspaper in East Amwell Township. She was also a avid bridge player and also loved her yoga class.
Her husband, Joseph Pittner, died in 1981.
Surviving are a daughter, Joyce Tatsch of East Amwell Township, NJ; a granddaughter, Julia Tatsch of South Dennis, MA; and a great-grandson, Owen Spencer Maher of South Dennis, MA.
Visitation will be Sunday August 29 from 1-2 p.m. at her home, 38 Welisewitz road, East Amwell Township, NJ followed by a service of sharing there. After the service there will be a picnic at her residence. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
