Nancy K. Naylor, age 88 years, of Flemington, NJ, died Tuesday, April 22, 2014, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Gloucester, MA., August 18, 1925, daughter of the late Joseph William and Sarah Elizabeth Gardner Knowlton, she had resided in Flemington since 1988.
A former nursery school teacher, Nancy loved being with family and friends, quilting, crafting, driving and bingo. Nancy was also was a member of the Three Bridges Reformed Church.
Her husband of fifty-five years, Ralph A. Naylor, died in 2001. She was also pre-deceased by six brothers, one sister, and her granddaughter, Lizzie Naylor.
Surviving are a daughter, Carol (husband, David) Donnelly of Dorset, VT.; two sons, Ralph Naylor of Nashua, NH, and Robert Naylor (wife Martha) of Newport, NH. and Sue Cranmer Naylor; two sisters-in-law, Marilyn Knowlton of Onset, MA. and Peggy Knowlton of Byfield, MA.; and seven grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 31, 2014, at 1:00PM in the Three Bridges Reformed Church, 470 Main Street, Three Bridges, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made to Three Bridges Reformed Church, 470 Main Street, Three Bridges, NJ 08887.
