Nancy R. Phillips

Nancy R. Phillips, age 78 years, of Ewing, NJ, died on Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at her residence.

Born in Lambertville, NJ, March 24, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Rose Nanni Correnti. She had formerly resided in West Amwell Township, NJ.

She was a retired postal worker. She was a former Den Mother and Girl Scout leader in West Amwell Township, NJ. She was a former member of the Glen Gardner PTA and West Amwell PTA, and member of the West Amwell Wonders Seniors Club, and a member of the Primrose Village Homeowners Association Social Club.

Surviving are her husband of fifty-six years, Randall S. Phillips, Jr.; a daughter, Karen Shipman, of Flemington, NJ; a son, Keith S. Phillips, of Telford, PA; a granddaughter, Brittany Stewart of Trenton, NJ; and a great-grandson, Ryan Stewart of Trenton, NJ; and two sisters, Marie Kelson of Bloomsbury, NJ, and Shirley Legge of East Windsor, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 AM in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 137 Upper Ferry Road, West Trenton, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in Harbourton Cemetery, Harbourton, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
