Nicholas Guiseppe

Nicholas Guiseppe, age 89 years, of Hopewell, NJ, died on Saturday, July 2, 2011 in the Rolling Hills Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.

Born in Hopewell, NJ, August 10, 1921, son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Mercurio Guiseppe, he had resided in Hopewell his entire life.

A United States Army veteran of World War II, he was a former longtime volunter fireman with the Hopewell Fire Company. Mr. Guiseppe was retired from the Reading Railroad Construction Crew.

His wife, Verna Beutell Guiseppe, died in 2009.

He is survived by two sisters, Mamie Giordano and Jennie Palmer, both of Hopewell, NJ; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements and interment are private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
