Nicholas J. Minginourch

Nicholas J. Minginourch, age 95 years, of Kingwood Township, NJ, died on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at his home.

Born in Cliffside Park, NJ, October 2, 1916, son of the late Ivan John and Anastasia Minginourch, he had resided in Kingwood Township since the 1950's, having formerly lived in Cliffside Park, NJ.

A United States Army veteran of World War II serving in Okinawa and the Philippines, Mr. Minginourch was a retired self-employed landlord and interior designer. He desired to be a Catalyst of positive change for himself and to those he loved.

He is survived by three nieces; eleven grand nieces and nephews; and fourteen great grand nieces and grand nephews. He was cared for in his later years by his devoted niece Stacy Tuzik who lived in the house next to his.

Graveside Services will take place Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. in Brookside Cemetery, 425 Engle Street, Englewood, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. If you will be traveling to the cemetery from the Funeral Home, please arrive between 9:45-10:00 a.m. when prayers will be said before departing for the Cemetery.
