Born in Illinois on July 19, 1929, she was the daughter of Eilert Flesner and Ida Hulse.

She was a homemaker and housewife.

Norma was survived by her husband, Willis P. Hobbs.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
