During the early hours of December 4th, 2023, Patrick McEneany Logan passed suddenly at his home in Flemington, New Jersey. He was 60 years old.
Born January 17th, 1963, in Summit New Jersey. He is the son of Lois Ann McEneany Logan and the late William A. Logan. Pat leaves behind his daughter, Kaylin Anne Logan, his three sisters, Peg Logan, Kasey Portine (Leon) and Maura Satterlee (Richard). He also leaves behind four nieces, three nephews, three grand-nieces, two grand-nephews, as well as countless friends and family.
Pat spent his life dedicated to making others smile, even if there was not one on his face, he made sure there was a smile on yours. Pat was a man of land and sea. He was an Arborist for most of his professional career and an avid sailor all his life. Pat became a Certified Tree Expert shortly after moving to his forever home of Flemington, New Jersey, and he was even an amateur Entomologist.
Pat loved all things outdoors; whether it was climbing boulders or hoisting a spinnaker, he was all about it, rain or shine. He did not like to be soggy and always had his ‘foulies’ below deck, just in case. Music was a type of religious experience for him, all of his life and he liked to share it with his family. Memories of countless concerts and cover bands will be held near and dear to all who experienced those moments with him.
Pat was a fan of all of the arts and loved a good play, movie, and sometimes the occasional book or poem. What he loved was talent and passion. He was overtly aware that life was far too short and that we, as people, have so little time to love with our whole hearts. Pat showed every single person that he leaves behind what love truly is, he is missed and will be forever.
Memorial and eulogy services led by the Rev. Christopher Small will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.
