Paul Anderson, age 67 years, of Upper Makefield Township, PA, died Saturday, April 27, 2019 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA.
Born in Dublin, Ireland, September 12, 1951, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Margaret Anderson.
Paul worked as a professional firefighter for 27 years and was captain of the Springfield Township, NJ, Fire Department. He was a skilled musician and had a passion for traditional Irish music. One of his greatest joys was playing at sessions with his many friends.
Paul was an avid reader and was known for his wit and dry humor. He almost never missed an episode of Jeopardy. He enjoyed caring for his home in Bucks County and taking his dog Fritz for daily walks in the park.
He was pre-deceased by his son Sean Anderson in June 2017.
Surviving are his loving wife of nine years, Darlene Fackleman; his son Ciaron Anderson of Manchester, NJ; beloved family in Ireland and Canada; and many dear friends.
Arrangements and cremation will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
