Paul G. Ryerson

Paul G. Ryerson, age 95 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on Friday, May 18, 2007, at his residence.

Born in Phillipsburg, NJ, March 1, 1912, he was the son of the late Paul G. and Bertha Bachman Ryerson. He had resided in Flemington, NJ for the past twenty years.

He was a retired Staff Sergeant with the New Jersey State Police, serving in the State Department of Identification. Mr. Ryerson served with the NJSP from June, 1938 until March, 1964.

Surviving are his wife, Anna Hubert Ryerson; a daughter, Elizabeth J. Ryerson of Sacramento, CA, and a brother, Walter Ryerson of Stuart, FL. His first wife, Elizabeth Korbobo Ryerson, and a son, Paul G. Ryerson III, died earlier.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Hampton, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
