Born August 11, 1917 in Flemington, NJ, he was the son of Charles Holcombe and Florence (Sutton) Pegg.
He was retired from Jersey Central Power & Light Co.
Mr. Pegg was a 1st Lt. in the United States Army, serving during World War II.
He was survived by his wife, Helen (Bien) Pegg.
Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
