Pearl Zaidee Lacey, age 87 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Monday, March 28, 2011 at her home.
Born in Hillsborough Township, NJ, September 15, 1923, daughter of the late William and Mary Kane Edgar, she had resided in Raritan Township since 1999, having formerly resided in Virginia Beach, VA for forty years.
A graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School, NYC, NY, Mrs. Lacey was a retired Secretary with the United States Department of the Navy, Norfolk, VA.
A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, she was also a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
Her husband, Lt. Commander Frank Lacey, USN, died in 1992.
Surviving are several cousins.
Funeral Services will take place Monday, April 4, 2011 in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ preceded by visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
