Peter J. Cassullo

Peter J. Cassullo, age 100 years, of Bernards Township, NJ, died on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at the Veterans Medical Acute Care at Lyons, Bernards Township, NJ.

Born in Casteggio, Italy, December 27, 1906, son of the late Paul and Angelina Feltri Cassullo, he had formerly resided in New York City, NY all his life until moving to Bernards Township eleven years ago.

He was a retired New York City Longshoreman and was a member of the International Longshoremans's Union. A United States Army Veteran of World War II, he was a member of Flemington V.F.W. Post #7856, Flemington, NJ.

He was pre-deceased by his wife, Gertrude K. Cassullo in 1985.

Surviving are a sister, Theresa Corona of Flemington, NJ; two nieces; and five nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, APRIL 9, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
