Polly Jane Smith

Polly Jane Smith, age 53 years, of Union Township, NJ, died peacefully after a long illness Wednesday, January 30, 2013, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

She was born in Morristown, NJ, January 5, 1960, daughter of David E. and Marilyn McNish Smith of Lakewood, NJ. Also surviving are two sisters, Jamie Fellinger and Eileen Smith; two brothers, David E. Smith, Jr. and William P. Smith and several loving nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, February 9, 2013, at 10:30AM in Holy Family Church, East County Line Road, Lakewood, NJ.
