R. Kenneth Totten, age 78 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died on Sunday, April 1, 2007 at the home where he was born and resided all his life in East Amwell Township, NJ.

Born January 29, 1929, son of the late Fred H. and Madge Wilson Totten, he was a lifelong Farmer.

A member of the New Jersey Board of Agriculture, he was also a member of the Hunterdon County Board of Agriculture, a member of the Amwell Valley Fire Company, Ringoes, NJ, and was a member of the United First Presbyterian Church of Amwell, Larison's Corner, NJ.

Mr. Totten received several awards from various organizations for his service to agriculture.

Surviving are his wife of fifty-six years, E. June Kinney Totten; three daughters, Linda Kopunek, Judith Grignon and Janet Totten, all of Ringoes, NJ; a son, Albert Totten of Clinton, IL; six grandchildren, Laurie Martin, Aileen Grignon, Katie Carman, Jarrett Totten, Kyle Totten and Ryan Totten; two great grandchildren, Brooke Martin and Olivia Totten; and a sister, Katherine Bellis of Colorado Springs, CO.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11:00 am. in the United First Presbyterian Church of Amwell, Larison's Corner, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Amwell Ridge Cemetery, Larison's Corner, NJ. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
