Ralph Treidel

Ralph Treidel, age 88 years, of Toms River, NJ, died on Sunday, January 4, 2009 in Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ.

Born in Germany, December 16, 1920, his parents sent him to the United States as a teenager where he bacame a butcher.

He enlisted in the United States Army during World War II, where he served mostly in Italy and Germany. After being honorably discharged, he resided most of his life in Raritan Township, NJ where he worked on the Wolf Farm and several other farms in the Raritan Township area.

Surviving are a cousin and his wife, Manfried and Ruth Wolf of Raritan Township, NJ; and three second cousins and their families, Michael Wolf of Flemington, NJ, Steven Wolf in Florida and Elana Wolf in Florida.

Graveside Services and Interment in Flemington Jewish Community Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
