Randall S. Phillips, Jr., age 82 years, of Ewing Township, NJ, former longtime resident of West Amwell Township, NJ, died on Thursday, March 27, 2014 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Princeton, NJ, November 1, 1931, son of the late Randall S. and Margaret Phillips, Sr., he was a United States Army veteran serving from 1954-1959.
He was formerly a truck driver for AAA Trucking, Trenton, NJ.
Randall was a Past-President of the West Amwell Senior Citizens; Secretary and former President of the Primrose Homeowners Association of Ewing; was a former member of the West Amwell Township Board of Elections; and was also a former Boy Scout leader.
His wife of fifty-six years, Nancy R. Correnti Phillips, died in 2011.
Surviving are a daughter, Karen Shipman, of Flemington, NJ; a son, Keith S. Phillips, of Telford, PA; a granddaughter, Brittany Stewart of Hamilton, NJ; and a great-grandson, Ryan Stewart of Hamilton, NJ.
Funeral Services will take place on Monday, March 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
