Richard C. Sutphen

Richard C. Sutphen, age 82 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on September 18, 2003 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in East Amwell Township, NJ on December 22, 1920, he was the son of the late Stanley W. Sutphen and Cornelia (Case) Sutphen. Mr. Sutphen was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Navy. After the service he became an oil serviceman, retiring in 1985. Richard was predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth J. (Mathews) Sutphen. Interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ.
