Richard Pascarella, age 73, of Lambertville, NJ, died, Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Hunterdon Care Center in Raritan Township, NJ.
Born February 24, 1942, in New York, NY, Richard was the son of the late Dominick and Maria Pascarella. He was raised in New York and lived in Staten Island and the remaining New York Burroughs throughout his life. He lived for many years in Hillsdale, NJ, before moving to the Hunterdon County area two years ago.
Richard could fix anything – he worked for many years fixing cars, small and large appliances, televisions, radios, and other things mechanical. In addition to fixing them, Richard loved collecting cars, mostly antique automobiles. He loved his scotch, his beer, his cigars, and "busting chops," but most of all, he loved his family.
Predeceased by his parents, Richard was survived by his nieces, Karen Armato of Flemington, NJ, Maria Rhodes, and Patricia King, both of Staten Island, NY, his nephew, Guy Rose of Port Monmouth, NJ, as well as several great nieces and nephews, and one great-great nephew.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, December 12, 2015, at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ, officiated by the Rev. Michael Atzert. Cremation will be private.
