Robert C. Sarzillo

Robert C. Sarzillo, age 68 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Thursday, October 6, 2011, in the Fox Chase Cancer Center, Philadelphia, PA with his family at his side.

Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, December 24, 1942, he was the son of the late Robert C. and Helen Toth Sarzillo.

He had resided in Raritan Township, NJ since 1976, and was a self-employed builder and later was a member of Local #455, Somerville, NJ. He was involved in industrial construction. At one time he worked in the Personnel Department at RCA, Bridgewater, NJ.

He was a longtime member of the United States Army Reserves.

A graduate of Wagner College, Staten Island, NY, he is survived by his wife, Barbara Kuntzevich Sarzillo; a daughter, Kristin Paige Lojek, of San Diego, CA; a grandson, Ricki Jon Lojek of San Diego, CA; and two sisters, Dolores Kearney of Seawaren, NJ and Anita Sarzillo of Woodbridge, NJ.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM in the Clover Hill Reformed Church, Clover Hill, NJ. Interment will be in Clover Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
