Robert C. Wagner

Robert C. Wagner age 90 years, passed away on June 24, 2020. Robert lived in Florida at the time of his death but was a resident of NJ for most of his life. Robert was an attorney beginning his practice in Somerset County in 1958 in the office of Arthur B. Smith, Esq. His career took him through several positions with the last being an appointment as Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey where he remained until his retirement in 1992 .

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean, who passed shortly before him on April 26, 2020. His survived by his son, Robert C. Wagner, Jr., his daughter-in-law, Corinne Fender, his grandson Connor Wagner and his daughter Katherine K. Wagner.

Funeral services will be public on August 11, 2020 at 2:30pm at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd, Newton, PA, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ..
